Tickets not received
If you’ve purchased tickets to one of our shows, but have not received the email confirmation and ticket download link, please ensure that you check your spam folders, as sometimes emails can end up in there!
Lost eTickets
If you have inadvertently deleted your ticket confirmation email, you can ask for it to be resent by entering the email address you used when booking in the “Lost your eticket” section on the ticketsource website.

Children & Infants Policy
Infants aged under 2 years old, may attend at no charge if they are seated on the parent or guardian’s lap. If a seat is required, or the child is aged 2 years and over a ticket must be purchased.
